Nature of the products

Our products are digital files in PDF format, delivered immediately after purchase via a download link.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to digital content, by purchasing and then accessing the file, you request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your fourteen-day right of withdrawal as soon as the download has begun.

Refunds granted

We are happy to issue a refund in the following cases:

• a defective or unreadable file that we are unable to fix;
• non-receipt of the download link, after checking your spam folder;
• an accidental duplicate purchase;
• an obvious error in the product description.

How to request a refund

Write to pressinsertcoins@gmail.com within fourteen days of your purchase, stating your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within a few business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to the payment method used at purchase. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
